Job Summary:
- We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client based in the East Yorkshire region. This is a commercially focused and data‑driven digital marketing position, responsible for leading the organisation’s digital strategy and ensuring all online activity drives measurable growth. The role plays a central part in how the business attracts, engages and retains customers through digital channels, with full ownership of campaign performance, optimisation and digital effectiveness.
Main Duties:
- Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across key channels including paid media, search, email and web.
- Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns aligned to commercial priorities.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and efficient use of spend.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement through targeted digital activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital initiatives support wider business and branch performance.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in digital marketing management, ideally within a multi‑channel environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and work cross‑functionally.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and the ability to take ownership.
