What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Driving new business opportunities across mid‑market and enterprise clients. 

  • Owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. 

  • Leading discovery sessions to uncover client challenges and digital maturity. 

  • Shaping and presenting digital transformation solutions across areas such as automation, cloud, AI, analytics, and customer experience. 

  • Building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. 

  • Collaborating with technical and delivery teams to scope and propose tailored solutions. 

  • Maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets. 

What You Bring 

Essentials 

  • Proven B2B sales success. Ideally in digital transformation, SaaS, technology, or consultancy. 

  • Strong understanding of business processes and how digital tools create value. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities. 

  • Ability to engage confidently with C‑suite decision‑makers. 

  • A consultative mindset and a passion for problem‑solving. 

  • Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working autonomously. 

Nice-to-Haves 

  • Experience with automation, cloud platforms, AI/ML, ERP/CRM, or data analytics. 

  • Understanding of professional services delivery. 

  • Exposure to industries undergoing digital modernisation.
