As a Disabled Children's Social Worker, you will:
  • Work with children and young people with disabilities and complex needs

  • Complete assessments, care planning and reviews in line with statutory requirements
  • Deliver meaningful interventions that improve outcomes and quality of life

  • Location: Northallerton
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years post-qualified & permanent (DfE compliant)
  • Caseload: Approximately 20-24 cases (manageable and realistic)
  • Working Pattern:
    • Flexible arrangements reviewed based on service needs

  • Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
  • Strong experience within Children's Services, ideally with disabilities
  • Confident managing a varied caseload with autonomy
  • Excellent safeguarding, assessment and communication skills
