Freelance Dry Lining Project Manager – Norwich

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Dry Lining Project Manager to oversee a large-scale dry lining package on a major construction project in Norwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Project Manager with a strong background in dry lining, partitions, suspended ceilings and interior fit-out works to join a busy site for a long-term 12-month contract.

The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the dry lining package from installation through to completion.

Duties will include:

• Managing all on-site dry lining operations.
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Monitoring programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Attending site meetings with the client and main contractor.
• Managing health & safety compliance across the project.
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the build.
• Resolving site issues and driving progress on programme.
• Producing regular progress reports and updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing dry lining projects on large construction sites.
• Strong understanding of partitions, suspended ceilings, MF ceilings and SFS systems.
• Experience working for dry lining subcontractors or specialist interiors contractors.
• SMSTS Certificate.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work 
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to start at short notice.
