Quantity Surveyor - Dry Lining Interior Fit Out Contractor 

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Package

A leading drylining and interiors contractor, specialising in high-end commercial office fit-out projects across London, is looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team.

This opportunity would suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to step up or an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor seeking a company that can offer genuine progression and development.

The Role

Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will be involved in the financial management of drylining and interior fit-out packages on high-profile commercial projects throughout London.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the commercial management of multiple projects.
• Preparing subcontractor enquiries and analysing quotations.
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages.
• Producing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitoring project costs and reporting financial performance.
• Managing subcontractor accounts and payment applications.
• Identifying cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.
• Supporting senior commercial staff with project delivery.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners.

Requirements

• Experience working within the construction industry in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Previous experience with drylining, interiors, fit-out, or specialist subcontracting projects would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress your career.
• Degree qualified or working towards a Quantity Surveying qualification preferred.
