Drylining Site Manager

If you're a Drylining Site Manager who's fed up with firefighting, dealing with unrealistic programmes, or working for a company that seems to make things up as they go along, keep reading.

We're working with a growing drylining contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial projects across the South West. They need a Site Manager who can take ownership on site, drive quality, maintain programme and keep subcontractors moving in the right direction.

This isn't a clipboard-and-coffee role.

You'll be expected to lead from the front, solve problems, build relationships with clients and main contractors, and make sure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing drylining and SFS packages on site
• Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors
• Driving programme and quality standards
• Attending site meetings with clients and main contractors
• Managing health & safety on site
• Ensuring works are delivered snag-free

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing drylining projects
• Strong understanding of partitions, ceilings and SFS
• Ability to lead site teams and subcontractors
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
