Elevation Recruitment Group are working on behalf of a leading business to recruit an experienced E-Billing Analyst to join their growing finance team in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong eBilling experience to step into a role where they will take ownership of complex client accounts, support junior team members, and play a key part in driving process improvements across the function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end eBilling processes for a portfolio of high-value and complex clients
  • Handling invoice submissions, rejections, reconciliations, and query resolution in line with SLAs
  • Supporting the development and standardisation of team processes and training materials
  • Assisting with onboarding and mentoring of new team members
  • Acting as a go-to expert for complex billing queries within the team
  • Collaborating with wider finance teams to ensure best practice and consistency
  • Producing and sharing regular client reporting and monthly snapshots
  • Supporting collections processes, including reviewing aged debt and resolving issues
  • Identifying process improvements and proactively addressing potential issues
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and confidently challenging where needed

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in eBilling, including reconciliations and working with multiple systems/file formats
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet SLAs/KPIs
  • Solid Excel and Word skills
  • A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
  • Experience in a multi-currency or shared service environment (desirable, not essential)
