About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress with guidance from experienced staff
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, mentors, and support staff
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
- Uphold the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Passion for teaching and supporting young learners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
