Have you recently completed your PGCE and looking to gain valuable classroom experience?

Teaching Personnel is working with a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Leicester and the surrounding areas who are keen to support Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through flexible supply teaching opportunities.

Supply teaching is a great way to build confidence in the classroom, develop your teaching style, and gain exposure to a variety of school settings before securing a long-term or permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and key stages
• Engage and support pupils in their learning
• Adapt quickly and confidently to different classroom environments
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide clear feedback to teaching staff where required

Requirements:
• Recently completed PGCE or due to complete shortly
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
• Passion for teaching and supporting young people
• Flexible, proactive, and positive approach to work

This role is ideal for ECTs looking to gain hands-on experience, explore different school settings, and build a strong foundation for their teaching career.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
