Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities and play
- Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing and recording children's progress
- Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification preferred
- Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable
- A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children
