On Offer:
PAYE basis
On Offer:
•    Rate of £22.46 per hour - first 39 hours
•    Rate of £33.69 per hour - final 11 hours
•    Paid Holidays: 31 days per year (including 8 bank holidays)
•    Lodge/Accommodation rate of £50.65 this is only paid if you meet the requirements which is to be 50+ Miles from site. (This will be checked using the shortest distance Via AA Route planner. Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address and Tenancy Agreement, Receipts)
•    Travel Mileage can also be paid up to 50 Miles in place of Lodge

Overtime When Available:
•    Saturday – First 4 hours’ time & a half – after 4 hours double time
•    Sunday – Double time
Candidates must have:

• Supervising small teams of labourers to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.

• Organising tasks, monitoring progress, and reporting any issues to site managers.

• Ensuring health and safety standards are met and that team members follow site procedures.

• Managing material orders and conducting daily briefings.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining accurate site records. 

• Driving Licence and own car

Required:

• CSCS - Black Manager, Blue Skilled, Gold Supervisor/Advanced Craft/Skilled, Green Labourer, Red Experienced Technical
• SSSTS or SMSTS
