SEND Inclusion Support is looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

We are not looking for someone who needs constant direction. We are looking for a proven recruiter who can confidently manage an established, busy desk while developing and growing a successful temp-to-perm business within their chosen geographical area.

The Role

You will:

• Manage and develop an existing busy education recruitment desk.
• Build and grow a temp-to-perm desk within your chosen area.
• Develop new business opportunities with schools and education settings.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, interview, and place high-quality education professionals.
• Negotiate terms, rates, and placements.
• Deliver outstanding service to both schools and candidates.
• Work towards achievable growth targets while enjoying significant autonomy.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Education Recruitment is essential.
• A proven track record of billing and developing client relationships.
• Strong business development and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to grow your own market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
