EHC Coordinator

You must have experience working as an EHC Coordinator in a Local Authority to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of EHCP assessments, reviews, and amendments, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, health and social care professionals to ensure EHCPs are tailored to meet the individual needs of children and young people.
- Ensure all EHCPs are developed and maintained in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice (2015).
- Act as a key contact for families, providing guidance and support while ensuring a fair and transparent process.
- Maintain accurate records, track progress, and contribute to service development by identifying trends and areas for improvement.
