Electrical Construction Manager

Job Title: Electrical Construction Manager (Commercial Fit-Outs)
Location: Central London
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across Central London. The role suits either an established Construction Manager, Site Manager, or a strong Electrical Supervisor looking to step up, with solid experience managing electrical packages on fast-paced commercial projects.

You will be responsible for coordinating on-site electrical works, managing subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

• Manage day-to-day electrical site operations on commercial fit-out projects
• Oversee CAT A and CAT B electrical installations from pre-start through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour teams, and suppliers
• Ensure works are delivered on programme and within budget
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
• Liaise with project managers, main contractors, and client teams
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates

• Background in electrical construction within commercial fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B essential)
• Experience as Electrical Supervisor, Site Manager, or Construction Manager
• Strong understanding of electrical installations and site coordination
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site labour effectively
• Good knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced Central London environments
