PACKAGE: £50 - £54k, mobile phone, 23 days rising to 28 annual leave + BH, overtime, pension, sick pay (full pay for the 1st month!)

JOB INFORMATION - Electrician / Electrical Engineer

• Our client have secured a prestigious new site in the Pimlico area and are seeking a professional, Electrician/Electrical Engineer to be based full time on this site.
• We are looking for Electrtican / Electrical Engineer to build and nurture the relationship with the client and ensure all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner,
• The position is a site-based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical PPM's including lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials and any other electrical maintenance alongside a mechanical engineer

CANDIDATE INFORMATION -Electrician / Electrical Engineer

• The ideal candidate will have experience of working on electrical maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good knowledge of electrical maintenance and compliance
• HVAC/mechanical/BMS and building services knowledge would be advantageous
• Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance
• Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional training would be offered to the right person.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously and on contracts of a similar nature would be advantageous. This site is high end so requires someone with a professional approach, smart & well presented with excellent time keeping.
