We are actively looking for an Electrical bias Engineer to join our client on a prestigious contract in London Blackfriars. This is a fantastic opportunity if you're looking to develop your skills and develop as an engineer, gain valuable experience on a highly regarded commercial environment. You will also be joining one a market leader within the building maintenance sector!
In this role, you will carry out Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, ensure all site logbooks and documents are updated on a regular basis, ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided and react to any emergencies on site.
Job duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
- Ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided
- Respond to emergencies on site
- Fault find on M&E systems
- Quotations
- Health & Safety
- Logbooks
- Risk assessments
- Permits to work
- Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
- Polite and personable
- Apprentice trained - Desirable
- £50,000 - £53,000 per annum
- Day shift only - 2s & 3s - 7am - 7pm
