Electrical Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Approved Electrician / Electrical Engineer to support reactive maintenance, planned works, and refurbishment projects across commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, fault finding, repairs, and new installations
• Deliver maintenance and refurbishment works efficiently and safely
• Participate in the on-call rota
• Maintain accurate job records using PDA/tablet systems
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Work closely with clients and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Essential Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or above in Electrical Installation
• CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 points)
• DBS check required prior to commencement
• IT literate and comfortable using PDA/tablet devices

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000p.a ( Negotiable on experience)
• Paid travel time and overtime
• Overtime rates:
  • 1.5x rate between 18:00 – 21:00
  • 2x rate between 21:00 – 06:00 plus following day off
• On-call rota (1 in 6 weeks) with additional payments
• Company vehicle (fully maintained)

• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
