This is a standout opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to step into the super-prime residential and bespoke commercial market, working on ultra high-spec installations across Central London. You’ll be joining a highly regarded electrical contractor, trusted by elite clients to deliver precision, quality, and detail at the very top end of the market.
You won’t be a number here. You’ll work directly with directors, gaining exposure to decision-making, strategy, and future growth plans — with a clear pathway to build and lead your own team long-term.
The Role:
- Manage and deliver full tender enquiries and submissions for high-end electrical projects
- Price super-prime residential and bespoke commercial installations
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and client requirements with precision
- Liaise directly with directors, clients, and design teams
- Contribute to commercial strategy and project wins
- Opportunity to mentor and grow a team beneath you as the business expands
- Experience as an Electrical Estimator within construction/building services
- Background in high-end, prime, or bespoke electrical projects (residential or commercial)
- Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and specifications
- Ability to manage tenders from enquiry through to submission
- Ambition to grow, take ownership, and progress into leadership
- Work on super-prime, design-led projects in London
- Hybrid working (2–3 days from home) for better work-life balance
