Electrical Installation and Commissioning Supervisor

E&I Installation and Commissioning Supervisor required for a Major Offshore Wind developer in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate constructive, fact-based communication between site activities, installation & commissioning management, and back-office functions.
- Provide observation-based feedback on progress, quality, and risks to support accurate forecasting and project planning.
- Act as a role model for safe behaviour, promoting a strong safety culture across contractors, sub-contractors, and visitors.
- Engage with contractors and foremen to identify issues affecting quality and progress, and collaborate on mitigation plans.
- Facilitate alignment meetings between back-office engineers and on-site contractor teams.
- Report system-specific progress, quality, and risks to management.
- Review contractor ITPs and test procedures, and witness all key testing phases (FAT, SAT, SIT, OSAT, OSIT).
- Supervise equipment delivery, ensuring damages or shortages are recorded and addressed.
- Oversee handling, installation, cable pulling and termination, ensuring compliance with CtF and CtQ requirements.
- Coordinate cross-contractor interfaces and collaboration on site.
- Supervise mechanical completion and qualification of installed systems (HV, LV, communication cables).
- Execute LV/HV Authorised Person duties, including electrical safety, LOTO, and energisation checks.
- Support substation operations, inductions, daily coordination, and safety drills
- Execute inspections and tests prior to system handover.
- Ensure completion and close-out of punches and commissioning documentation.
- Provide lessons learned and continuous improvement feedback based on NCRs and site observations.
- Observe, intervene, and report on HSE matters in line with site requirements and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher within a relevant engineering discipline
- Proven experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of:
- High and low voltage electrical systems.
- Electromechanical and multidiscipline systems.
- Control, SCADA, network, and communication systems.
- Strong experience working on offshore and/or substation projects.
- Competence across dynamic systems, components, cables, and associated equipment.
- Valid safety and medical certifications.
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and collaborate effectively across multiple contractors and stakeholders.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and structured communication.
- Capable of delivering clear reporting on progress, risks, and system status.
