A well-established and highly regarded technical and land-based college in Northamptonshire is looking to appoint an Electrical Installation Lecturer to join their Construction department on a permanent basis.

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering Electrical Installation courses to full-time and part-time students
- Supporting learners both practically and academically throughout their studies
- Acting as a course tutor, including monitoring attendance and learner progress
- Helping to develop curriculum content in line with current industry needs
- Creating engaging lessons that bring real-world industry experience into the classroom
What do you need?
- Industry experience within Electrical Installation
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Good communication skills and a willingness to support and develop learners
- A teaching qualification is desirable, but not essential
- If you don’t already hold a teaching qualification, the college will support you to achieve one
- Assessor qualifications such as TAQA, CAVA or A1 are beneficial but not required
