Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services provider operating across London and the South East.
This is a client-facing, multi-site role responsible for delivering high-quality electrical and general building services maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring systems are compliant, safe, and fully operational across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Diagnose faults and undertake electrical repairs and installations
- Conduct inspection, testing, and compliance checks
- Support multi-skilled maintenance tasks, including basic mechanical, HVAC, and fabric works
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and industry standards
- Travel across multiple sites within London and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong client relationships on-site
- Complete job reports and documentation using internal systems
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)
- Previous experience in a mobile or building services maintenance role
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
