About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Trainer to join a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a key role focused on developing the performance of a dynamic sales team through structured training, coaching, and ongoing development.
You’ll be responsible for onboarding new starters, improving conversion rates, and embedding a high-performance sales culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging onboarding programmes for new sales hires
- Design and implement ongoing training sessions to improve performance
- Provide 1-2-1 coaching and feedback to sales team members
- Monitor KPIs and identify areas for development
- Support team leaders in driving consistency and quality across the team
- Continuously refine training materials and sales processes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales training or coaching role
- Strong background in a target-driven sales environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate, influence, and develop individuals at all levels
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps
- High energy and a passion for developing people
