Covering 2 sites (Leeds and Barnsley) - 3 days at one site and 2 days at the other
Salary £50,000 + company car

Monday-Friday - Days only (flexible working hours)

Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting an Electrical Bias Maintenance Team Leader for a manufacturing business in Leeds/Barnsley.  while staying technically involved in day to day maintenance within a critical environment.

This is a hands on role, leading a small team and take ownership of maintenance activity across the site. Responsibilities include:

• Hands on delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across plant, equipment and building systems
• Maintenance of electrical systems including fire alarms, batteries and uninterruptible power supplies
• Boiler maintenance, water testing and strip down for inspections
• Allocating work and supervising engineering activity using the works management system
• Training new starters and apprentices
• Completing risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of work
• Liaising with site users to plan shutdowns of critical systems

• Strong electrical maintenance experience, ideally a HNC in Electrical Engineering
• Experience working in a regulated or critical environment
• Previous experience leading or supervising engineers would be advantageous but also open to an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer 
• Confidence prioritising work and communicating with stakeholders
