Electrical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a high-profile CAT A / CAT B commercial fit-out project. The successful candidate will oversee all electrical works from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on programme, and within budget.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manager with strong commercial fit-out experience and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams in a fast-paced environment.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage all electrical packages across CAT A and CAT B fit-out works
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist installers
• Ensure compliance with current regulations, specifications, and HSE requirements
• Review drawings, technical submissions, and procurement schedules
• Chair site meetings and coordinate with project management teams
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues efficiently
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and main contractors

Electrical Manager Requirements

• Gold / Black ECS card
• SMSTS 
• Proven experience managing electrical works on commercial fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of CAT A and CAT B delivery processes
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight project deadlines
