What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning delivery of multiple electrical compliance contracts end-to-end
• Driving performance, efficiency, and quality across all operations
• Managing engineers, admin, and technical teams to hit targets
• Acting as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor and ensuring full compliance
• Working directly with clients—building relationships, solving problems, and adding value
• Identifying where things can be better—and actually having the authority to fix them

What You Need

• Solid experience as an Electrical Contracts/Operations Manager
• NVQ Level 3 + 18th Edition + 2391
• NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects
• Confidence to lead, challenge, and improve operations
