Electrical Project Engineer

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Company Car



The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join a collaborative and growing engineering business delivering projects for major industry-leading clients.

Working on-site across a range of projects, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of electrical and MEICA solutions, acting as a key point of contact for clients, project managers, and site teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of electrical and MEICA projects from inception through to completion
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to required standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Attend site meetings and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and health & safety requirements
  • Assist with project documentation, reporting, and commissioning activities where required


About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer or Electrical Project Engineer
  • Experience delivering projects within the water industry (highly desirable)
  • Exposure to MEICA projects
  • A valid CSCS or ECS card
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work effectively with clients, project managers, and site teams
  • A willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week
  • Flexible start and finish times to meet project requirements while maintaining core working hours
