Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for a long-term, career-defining opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable, large-scale M&E contractor delivering a major commercial development in Great Yarmouth. This is a flagship project offering stability, progression, and the chance to play a key role in a high-profile build.

The Opportunity

This is a long-term project running through to Summer 2027, offering both temporary and permanent employment options. For the right candidate, this role presents a genuine opportunity to secure a long-term position within a respected contractor known for delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the electrical package on a large commercial scheme. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical aspects of the project from pre-construction through to completion
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers effectively
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Produce and manage project programmes, reports, and documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks while driving project performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large commercial or M&E projects
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large commercial projects. 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet strict deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical ,Engineering or Building Services 
• SMSTS/SSTS and ECS
