Recognised as a multi-award-winning business, they are known for innovation, reliability, and delivering complex projects across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Kettering.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery from initial mobilisation through to final handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will be working on complex, large-scale projects, with a particular focus on healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project start-up and planning activities

  • Review and manage all project specifications and technical details

  • Coordinate and track technical submittals through to approval

  • Raise and manage RFIs

  • Monitor labour and resource allocation

  • Produce and maintain weekly progress reports

  • Manage project variations and changes

  • Liaise with main contractors, clients, and site teams

  • Coordinate plant, materials, and equipment delivery

  • Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are implemented

  • Oversee snagging, quality improvements, and project close-out

  • Manage handover processes and documentation systems

  • Chair and attend site and subcontractor meetings

  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We are looking for a confident, organised, and commercially aware Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Essential:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar

  • Strong track record delivering large-scale M&E projects

  • Experience managing teams and subcontractors

  • Previous experience working on healthcare or hospital projects

Desirable:

  • Qualification in Construction or Project Management
