A well-established MEP contractor based in Central London is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing electrical packages across projects in Canary Wharf and the City, typically valued up to £500k.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys running multiple smaller schemes while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion

• Oversee multiple packages up to £500k in value

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, and specifications

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality

• Manage procurement, variations, and reporting

• Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within MEP/building services

• Experience delivering projects up to £500k

• Strong organisational and commercial awareness

• Good client-facing and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
