Electrical Shift Engineer – City of London

Location: City of London
Salary: £53,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4s, 3s & 6s Continental Shift Pattern (Days & Nights)
Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm / 7:00pm – 7:00am

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a prestigious commercial site in the City of London. Duties & Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
• Fault finding and repairing electrical plant and building services equipment
• Maintaining and servicing systems including:LV electrical systems, Lighting & emergency lighting, UPS systems, Generators, AHUs & FCUs, Pumps and motors, BMS interfaces
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and site regulations
• Updating maintenance records via CAFM systems
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and the wider engineering team

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent
• 18th Edition qualified
• Previous experience within commercial building maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• HV/AP experience advantageous but not essential
