Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor
Location: Leeds / Yorkshire (Site Based)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + package

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical building services installations across commercial and industrial projects within Sheffield, Nottingham and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full management of day-to-day electrical site operations from installation through to completion and handover.
  • Coordinate electrical subcontractors and site labour to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain programme targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.
  • Carry out site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support commissioning activities and final handover process.
  • Attend site meetings and provide progress updates where required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience within electrical building services projects.
  • Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of commercial installation projects.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualification required.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Must have experience beyond small retail or refit-only environments.
  • Based within commutable distance of Sheffield or surrounding areas.
