Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor
Location: Leeds / Yorkshire (Site Based)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + package
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical building services installations across commercial and industrial projects within Sheffield, Nottingham and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of day-to-day electrical site operations from installation through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors and site labour to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and maintain programme targets.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.
- Carry out site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with project managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support commissioning activities and final handover process.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates where required.

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience within electrical building services projects.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of commercial installation projects.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification required.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Must have experience beyond small retail or refit-only environments.
- Based within commutable distance of Sheffield or surrounding areas.
