The Project

This role will initially be based on a major, high-profile project in Oxford a large-scale, technically challenging scheme offering long-term work and stability.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to take ownership of on-site electrical packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installation works on site from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors, labour, and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme and deadlines
• Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor quality of installation and ensure compliance with specifications
• Manage materials, logistics, and site planning
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager
• Strong background on commercial or large-scale projects
• Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent knowledge of electrical installations and site processes
• SMSTS / SSSTS (essential)
• Relevant electrical qualifications (18th Edition preferred)
