Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Belgium. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on data centre projects
• Ensure all works are carried out safely, on time, and to specification
• Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning support
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project standards
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale construction or data centre projects
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems
• Experience with containment, cabling, switchgear, and commissioning
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations on European construction sites

Essential Criteria

• EU Passport (required to work in Belgium)
• Relevant electrical qualifications/certifications
• Previous data centre experience preferred

Desirable

• Experience working in Belgium or wider EU projects
• Knowledge of data centre standards (e.g., Tier classifications)
• Multilingual skills (English required; French/Dutch advantageous)
