What You'll Do:
As an Electrician, you'll play a vital role in our building and property repairs service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing electrical repairs and new installations of electrical systems in domestic properties.
- Conducting electrical condition reports and testing to ensure compliance with IEE Regulations.
- Diagnosing faults and recommending repairs as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating effectively with team members while also being able to work independently.
- Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and best practises.
- Mentoring and guiding apprentices during their training journey.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years post-training experience in modernisation, refurbishment, and domestic electrical systems.
- Relevant qualifications, including a Time Served Apprenticeship (C&G 2360 or equivalent), 18th Edition IEE Regulations, and a Full Driving Licence.
- Experience with hand and power tools, as well as specialist testing equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
