Electrician

I’m looking for price workers for St John’s Wood for the following works:

4 x electrcians 

• Primary containment
• Secondary containment – 25mm Conduit

See attached an example of the latest floor completed on price. This was agreed at £2,600, with the sparks earning around £300–£400 per day. Secondary containment hasn’t started yet so no prices have been fully agreed.

As a rough guide, each floor includes approximately:

• 200m of containment
• 40 brackets

We have around 30 floors remaining. They are not all identical, but the same pricing model will apply.

Fallback daywork rate would be as per agreed Gold card/Improver rate:
