Electrician

2x Electricians Required – Colwyn Bay – Social Housing Project – Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting 2x Electricians for a social housing project in Colwyn Bay.

This role involves working on apartment blocks, carrying out full rewires as part of an ongoing refurbishment programme.

We are also open to Electrician + Improver pairs, so if you work as a team, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

• Full rewires on occupied and void apartment blocks
• Working within social housing environments
• Maintaining high standards of work and site safety
• Working independently or as part of a small team

Project Details:

• 📍 Location: Colwyn Bay
• 🕒 Start: ASAP
• ⏳ Duration: Ongoing work until November 2026
• 💷 Rate: £25.00 per hour Electrician / £19/HR Improver
• ⏱️ Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Requirements:

• Gold JIB Card (essential)
• Experience with domestic rewires / social housing projects
• Own tools and PPE
• Ability to work efficiently in live environments
