Pay: £28 - £31 per hour CIS (DOE)

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm | Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join a long-term private housing contract carrying out landlord EICRs and associated remedial works.

This is a reliable, well-organised contract offering consistent work, local travel only, and a straightforward scope — ideal for electricians who prefer testing & inspection with minimal site hassle.

Your Role

• Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
• Testing & inspection of domestic installations
• Completing remedial works following reports
• Accurate certification and compliance paperwork
• Working professionally in occupied homes

What You’ll Need

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• Proven experience completing EICRs independently
• Own van & tools
• Reliable, professional approach with good customer manner
