Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out EICR testing and inspections within domestic properties
- Complete accurate inspection reports and certification
- Identify electrical faults and recommend remedial works where required
- Undertake minor remedial and repair works where necessary
- Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and health and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and site teams
- Manage workloads effectively across multiple properties
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification
- Previous experience carrying out domestic EICRs
- Social housing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of current electrical regulations
- Full UK driving licence
