Job overview
Nuco Solutions are recruiting a qualified Electrician on behalf of our social housing client based in Barnsley.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical repairs, installations, and fault finding in occupied and void properties
- Testing, inspection, and certification (EICRs)
- Ensuring all work meets BS 7671 (18th Edition) standards
- Diagnosing faults quickly and delivering effective repairs first time where possible
- Maintaining full compliance with health & safety procedures at all times
- Communicating professionally with tenants and housing staff
- Recording work accurately and completing all relevant documentation
- Delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal disruption to residents
Requirements
- Own van
- ECS Gold Card (Electrician)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391 (Test & Inspection)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Asbestos Awareness certification
