- Assemble electro-mechanical products using drawings and work instructions
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to component level
- Support dispatch, goods in, testing, stock counts, and packing duties
- Maintain high quality standards and accurate documentation
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Mechanical or electronic assembly experience preferred
- Experience within box build assembly advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and self-motivated approach
- Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
- Good communication and teamwork skills
