Electroplating Operative

Supreme Recruitment Services Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Electroplating Operative with prevous experience to join a well-established and highly respected distribution business based in the South Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electroplating operations in line with company quality standards and specifications.
• Regularly check plating equipment, tank conditions, and chemical concentrations to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections on completed components to ensure coating thickness, finish, and consistency meet requirements.
• Prepare parts and surfaces for the plating process, ensuring they meet required standards.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures while handling chemicals and operating machinery.
• Complete production records and quality documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Previous experience within an electroplating, metal finishing, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electroplating methods, processes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on producing high-quality work.
• Understanding of safe working practices when using chemicals, plating solutions, and associated equipment.

Hours of Work 

 40 hours + Overtime

Pay Rates

£12.91 - £13.12
