Role: Employment Solicitor (2–3 years of PQE)
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising a commercial client base on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR matters.
- Handle your own employment law caseload from start to completion.
- Handling issues such as redundancy, TUPE, employment contracts, policies and procedures, grievances, and tribunal claims.
- Supporting the Head of Employment Law & HR.
- Qualified Employment Solicitor with approximately 2–3 years’ PQE And experience managing a respondent caseload.
- Ability to provide commercially focused advice.
- A proactive team player with a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the department.
