Are you an experienced Energy Sales Consultant?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Energy Sales Consultant to join an established utilities broker based in Leicestershire. You will play a key role in generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and helping businesses secure the most suitable energy and utility solutions. If you have previous experience within energy or utilities sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!

• Competitive salary of up to £30,000 plus uncapped commission
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications
Essential:
• Previous experience within energy sales, utilities sales, or a similar brokerage environment
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Desirable:
• Experience working within a B2B sales environment
• Knowledge of energy procurement and utility markets
• Experience using CRM systems
Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their energy requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and contract completion.
• Deliver consultative sales solutions, identifying opportunities to maximise customer savings and value.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM systems.
• Stay up to date with market trends, energy pricing, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to wider business objectives.
