Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
A leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an Engineering Geologist to join its growing Leeds office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly respected team working on some of the UK's most prestigious infrastructure, commercial, residential, energy and development projects.

The Role:
Planning and supervising ground investigation projects across a variety of sectors.
Logging soil and rock samples in accordance with current industry standards.
Managing site works including drilling, trial pitting and in-situ testing.
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Preparing factual ground investigation reports.
Interpreting geotechnical and geological data.
Assisting with geotechnical assessments and foundation recommendations.
Supporting senior engineers and project managers in delivering complex projects.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering Geology, Geology, Geoscience or a related discipline.
Previous experience within an engineering geology or ground investigation role.
Strong understanding of ground investigation techniques and geological logging.
Experience supervising site investigations.
Knowledge of relevant British Standards and industry guidance.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Full UK driving licence.
