Hunters’ client, an innovative Brighton-based engineering, technology company, is seeking a hands-on and technically minded Engineering Systems Technician to join their growing support team.
Engineering Systems Technician - The Role
- Provide first-line technical support to customers and internal teams
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system configuration issues
- Build, configure, and test PCs and engineering hardware systems
- Assist with product testing, fault finding, repairs, and returns
- Log and manage support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation
- Technical qualification or hands-on experience within IT, electronics, systems, or engineering
- Comfortable working with hardware builds, PC setup, and technical equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn within a technical environment
- Salary of £25,000–£30,000 DOE
- 4.5-day working week with early Friday finish
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
