Are you an English graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience? We are currently interviewing for an English Graduate looking for a teaching assistant role to join a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Woking.
This role is ideal for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, or other education-based professions. You will work closely with students and teachers, helping to support learning and raise attainment across the school.
The Role - English Graduate - Teaching Assistant
As an English Graduate, you will:
- Support students in lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver small-group and 1:1 literacy interventions
- Help students develop their reading, writing, and communication skills
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND and EAL
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
