The Role

As an English Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire students through literature, creative writing, and language development
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all learners can succeed
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of students with varying abilities
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress effectively
• Encourage a love of reading, discussion, and critical thinking
• Contribute to the wider life of the English department and school community
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
