Empowering learning are working with a school based in Windsor, Berkshire who are seeking a dedicated and dynamic English teacher to join them immediately. This amazing secondary school in Windsor, Berkshire has a vibrant and supportive department which will allow you to have the opportunity to foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for raising attainment at GCSE level and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
- Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in English Education.
- Specialisation in English with a strong foundation of English teaching (Desired)
- Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level, preferably in a UK school setting.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education, innovation, and lifelong learning.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom and beyond.
- Ability to adapt to changing educational trends, technologies, and pedagogies.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
