We’re looking for a motivated and people‑focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Recruitment Account Manager. You’ll be trained to manage client accounts, source top talent, and support the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client accounts by understanding hiring needs and delivering excellent service
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of roles
• Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Coordinate the recruitment process from job briefing to offer stage
• Write and post job adverts, manage applications, and maintain candidate pipelines
• Provide market insights and support clients with hiring strategies
• Meet and exceed KPIs and targets related to placements, activity, and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
