The Role
- Manage and maintain the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
- Carry out audits and support compliance across projects
- Monitor and report on environmental performance
- Provide practical advice to site and operational teams
- Deliver training and promote a positive environmental culture
- Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in environmental/sustainability roles
- Strong EMS and compliance knowledge
- Confident communicator with stakeholder experience
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence & flexible to travel
Desirable
- Environmental degree or equivalent
- Lead Auditor qualification
- Construction, utilities, or infrastructure experience
- IEMA membership
